We believe that Singaporeans can be other-centred.
Our history shows that we do care and act – right from the time of our forefathers, who set up ethnic associations, built schools and hospitals to serve the community. That said, everyone has moments when we doubt whether we “have enough” to give. This is why we must always remind ourselves of the gifts we already have and make other-centredness an ingrained habit and care as part of our culture, and a way of life.
City of Good fuels the national Singapore Cares movement to build a caring and inclusive home for all, where care is an integral part of our Singaporean identity and way of life.
