Head, Centre for Non-Profit Leadership
Lenard believes in and has demonstrated servant leadership to drive partnerships. He also served the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN), and was awarded as a Sword of Honour winner. Lenard joined NVPC as the Director, Outreach & Institutional Partnerships on 10 Jul 2017 and was subsequently re-appointed as the Director, Community, Leadership & Partnerships from 1 Sep 2020.

Stacey Loh

Senior Consultant, Centre for Non-Profit Leadership

Stacey leads Leadership & Organisation Development at the Centre For Non-Profit Leadership. She designs, develops, and delivers organisational development solutions for Non-Profit Boards. She also builds leadership capability through leadership programmes and alumni engagements.

Stacey is a passionate trainer with extensive experience in leadership, service excellence, soft skills and IT in the region. She is a certified trainer in Ken Blanchard Situational Self Leadership as well as programmes under the Workforce Skills Qualifications System. Stacey holds a Master of Business Administration.

As a professional coach (ICF ACC), Stacey strongly believes that coaching can be a powerful tool to make a positive difference in a person’s life. She hopes to help others gain clarity, acquire a greater sense of awareness, become happier and realize their full potentials.

Arthur Kong

Consultant, Centre for Non-Profit Leadership

Arthur embarked on his journey as a training professional upon graduation in 2013. Since then, he has been honing his skills in staff development, process and productivity improvements, performance management and curriculum design.

As a Manager in CNPL, Arthur pilots the BoardMatch programme in engaging the non-profit organisations’ needs for independent board and committee members. The strategic partnership approach works with non-profit leaders to achieve leadership outcomes across the organisation while the programme address transitional leadership gaps.

Arthur is a trained NLP practitioner, and an Emergenetics Associate; leveraging on the modern research in the fields of neuroscience to aid teams achieve greater self-awareness, enhance communication and build more productive workplaces.

Haniff Mustafa

Consultant, Centre for Non-Profit Leadership

Haniff is an experienced Remuneration Committee and HR Committee member with prior working experience in the non-profit and commercial sector. He has 15 years’ human resource management and development focusing more on organisational development and change development. His goals are to provide practical and applied knowledge and a dedication to quality and top performance standard. In CNPL, he is looking at BoardPulse and Board Advisory Services.

 

Haniff volunteers as a member for the PPIS Human Resource Advisory Committee, Madrasah Wak Tanjong HR Committee and helps with community gardening in local education institution and at the mosque. Passionate to drive change to Make A Difference!

 

Haniff holds Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (Organisational Development & Change) from Singapore Human Resource Institute, an Advance Certificate in Future Workforce Architecture from SMU Academy, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Management & Human Resource Management) from Murdoch University.
