Level-up series
A series of masterclasses* for non-profits to learn skills to address a specific challenge or need within their organisation. E.g.: Storytelling, digital skills, business process redesign, and more.
*The Level-Up Series may be conducted as a standalone programme, or in combination with an ongoing run of our Design for Community Action initiative.
The Level-Up Series includes:
- Design Thinking Workshop (optional)
- Main Subject Matter Workshops
Design for community action (DCA)
DCA uses the design thinking methodology to help communities (i.e. charities, corporates, groundups and social enterprises) co-create workable solutions for their operational challenges and is facilitated by corporate skills-based volunteers.
A point of differentiation with other design thinking programmes is that ours incorporates active support post-ideation to ensure that the solutions are implemented well.
- Problem Statement Identification
- Sensemaking Workshop
- Regular Check ins
- Solution Implementation
