Paid Media (SEM), Specialist

Core Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage all pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities & budget
  • Manage all paid search campaigns on Google, Facebook, TikTok or any other platforms
  • Test, collect and analyse data, identify trends/insights to maximise ROI in paid campaigns
  • Track, report and analyse website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Research and analyse competitor advertising links

Requirements

  • Degree or similar accreditation, preferably in Business, Marketing or other relevant field
  • Proven SEM experience and success in managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Open to learning, as well as giving and receiving feedback
  • Comfortable with complexity and working with a high degree of uncertainty
  • Ability to mutli-task and deal with changes
  • Passion for the non-profit sector
