As a result, the Corporate and Industry Partnerships team (CIP) will deliver an enhanced programme of services and is offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help shape Singapore’s future through corporate purpose. This person should share the belief that corporates can be a powerful source of support to build greater social resilience for Singapore.

As the Company of Good strategy continues to evolve, efforts are required to drive greater capability and capacity in the sector relating to corporate purpose. This role will sit within the Capability Development team within CIP and take responsibility for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programmes to support companies with the adoption and implementation of corporate purpose as strategy.

Core Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support delivery and evaluation of capability development programmes. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Chief Changemakers Programme for Corporate Leaders
    • The Company of Good Fellowship programme for next generation corporate leaders.
  • Support the development of learning resources (guides, video tutorials, insights) to further enhance COG member knowledge.
  • Stay abreast of stakeholder needs and challenges to help inform capability development programme design.
  • Maintain oversight of COG learning journey to ensure progression and continued development in the area of Corporate Purpose.
  • Support the Lead, Capability Development with additional projects and initiatives as required.

Key Deliverables

  • Refreshed capability development programmes to support emerging workstreams in NVPC and CIP.
  • An active learning community of corporate changemakers committed to the adoption and integration of corporate purpose as strategy.
  • A more connected corporate purpose ecosystem delivering positive impact for people and planet.

Requirements

  • Degree or similar accreditation, preferably in business or social work
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in delivering learning programmes
  • Strong interest in adult learning and engagement
  • Strong project management ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong ability to write and communicate ideas clearly and concisely
  • A committed networker who can build strong relationships to foster deeper and effective learning
  • Ability to think strategically with attention to details
  • A strong believer in wanted the best for the country
