Manager, Digital Marketing

Job Overview

The Manager, Digital Marketing will lead in developing successful, short and long-term digital marketing (social media/EDM) campaigns for public facing NVPC programs to grow a culture of giving in Singapore.

Core Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing channels (social media and EDM) to ensure brand, image and messaging consistency for Giving.sg and other key NVPC initiatives
  • Lead always-on social media content marketing for Giving.sg and social media paid marketing for other key NVPC brands
  • Plan and curate content for Giving.sg email marketing (EDM) using marketing automation strategy and implementation
  • Analyse performance data of social media and email marketing campaigns. Create monthly reports and post-campaign reports
  • Develop thematic and tactical online digital marketing campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customers’ engagement and measure the campaign’s effectiveness
  • Support with partnership marketing for Giving.sg
  • Responsible for the social media marketing budget as well as meeting overall organization marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with the various departments on the implementation and execution of digital marketing activities, to increase customers’ satisfaction through cohesive strategies
  • Provide digital training to recommend best practices and share the latest digital trends with partners

Key Deliverables

  • Using digital marketing to grow a culture of giving in Singapore
  • To deepen the digital giving journey of seasonal transactional givers to become more relational givers
  • To increase and ensure unified brand awareness of all NVPC public facing initiatives City of Good, Giving.sg, Giving Week etc
  • To actively seek out marketing opportunities to cross market various NVPC programs

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing , Digital Technologies or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, digital content editorial, social media management roles with a major brand or digital agency
  • A digital native in the areas of social media content marketing and EDM implementation
  • Evident experience in designing, implementing and measuring successful social media marketing campaigns
  • Proven success in lead generation preferably in both B2C and B2B businesses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with influencing and negotiation capabilities
  • Confident, proactive and dynamic leader who is committed to delivering outstanding performance
  • The ability to work independently and flexibly
  • The capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects and be hands-on
  • Passionate about the social sector
