This role will contribute to developing a supportive ecosystem to drive initiatives that will advance society.
Core Duties And Responsibilities
- Understand non-profit challenges through regular engagements with stakeholders in the ecosystem to identify key needs and analyse data to address them.
- Develop potential pipeline of partners and collaborations to meet the needs identified through outreach and engagement efforts.
- Support the Groundup Membership process by conducting chats with applicants and attending Groundup events.
- Support programme conceptualisation and development by sharing the identified needs.
- Support the team’s and NVPC’s other events with event planning, management and execution.
Key Deliverables
- A range of services provided through partners and collaborations that address the identified needs.
- Engagement experiences that result in the building of trust and a strong quality of relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree or similar accreditation, preferably in Sociology, Business, or Social Science
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in partnerships, community engagement or stakeholder management roles with a proven track record in creating and nurturing partnerships with corporates
- Candidates with non-profit experience across different types of charities and areas of work is preferred
- Able to independently network and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze information in a meaningful way
- Openness to embrace new ideas, ways of working, and proactively give and welcome feedback
- Strong listening skills and sense of empathy
- Good at planning and organising events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Passion for the non-profit sector and causes
