Digital Marketing and Advertising for City of Good (CTOG), (GSG) and Giving Week (GW)

Team objectives: Increase CTOG, GSG and GW brand awareness, exceed GSG donation and volunteer KPIs. Achieve strong advertising ROIs.


Digital marketing operations support for CTOG, GSG and GW – email marketing automation, social media ads campaigns, website maintenance, data reporting and administrative support.


  • Support social media ads creation, management and craft EDM.
  • Basic website maintenance and landing page creation on CMS.
  • Prepare data marketing reports to analyse marketing channels performance and track donation progress.
  • Provide administrative support in marketing budget management.
  • Support internal/external stakeholder management and virtual/physical events when required.


  • Min. Diploma Level
  • Keen interest in working with Non-Profit Organisations
  • Have some ‘Digital Marketing’ background / Interest in Marketing or Marketing Communications / Public Relations
  • Meticulous and an eye for details
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Dynamic Team player
  • Self-initiater, and creative thinker
  • Outspoken
  • Able to think resourcefully and propose possible solutions around issues
