Assistant Manager, Partnerships (SG Cares Giving Week)

Job Overview

The candidate will handle the all-rounded role of partnership marketing for the annual national SG Cares Giving Week movement. This includes idea creation, partners engagement to promote the giving agenda, stakeholder management (both internal & external), end-to-end execution from conceptualization to implementation/onboarding of partners, as well as event management.

Core Duties And Responsibilities

  • All-rounded role of partnership marketing for the annual national SG Cares Giving Week movement which includes idea creation, partnership marketing & engagement to promote the giving agenda.
  • Identify and outreach to strategic and prospective partners, ranging from corporates to non-corporates, including non-profit organisations, ground-ups and public sector agencies.
  • Foster meaningful and collaborative partnerships with partners (e.g. corporates, non-profit organisations).
  • Work with internal & external stakeholders to prepare the target hitlist of participating organisations/partners to prospect for SG Cares Giving Week.
  • Design and implement the outreach & onboarding process for the participating organisations/partners.
  • Manage and follow through with partners till onboarding for SG Cares Giving Week.
  • Stakeholder management (both internal & external), end-to-end execution from conceptualization to implementation/onboarding of partners, as well as event management.
  • Identify and set clear strategy and success indicators prior to campaign launch. Monitor progress throughout the campaign and analyze success indicators and/or response indicators post-campaign.
  • Ability to lead & work independently as well as in a team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the campaign is successfully carried out, meeting the objectives and goals set.
  • Content creation and content marketing for relevant platforms such as social media, website for SG Cares Giving Week.
  • Provide support and work closely with the Events team for SG Cares Giving Week-related events.
  • Budget management and support in administrative duties.

Key Deliverables

  • The candidate needs to be a contributor to manage projects independently, and also work well in a team.
  • He/She needs to be a role model professionally in the capacity to lead projects and/or people.
  • Projects and tasks handled needs to be executed from start to end with consideration to managing people involved in the project and deadlines.
  • The candidate will need to analyze the projects at hand pre and post and provide feedback to success rates and/or success indicators.
  • The candidate needs to be able to think logically and strategically about the projects and the execution.

Requirements

  • Degree or similar accrediation, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account manager and/or partnership marketing role
  • Good relationship management skills with experience in managing partners and stakeholders
  • Good presentation & communications skills
  • Ability to influence others
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • Ability to speak out respectfully with constructive suggestions and solutions
  • Creative, Diligent, and a Passionate Team Player
  • Passionate about the social sector
