This role will focus on planning and executing marketing campaigns to support Company of Good (COG) programmes, As the Company of Good strives towards the aspiration of nurturing a self-generating community of corporate givers, a critical area of work involves creating awareness of the narrative and driving action. This role will focus on the various aspects of marketing including digital marketing, campaigns planning and execution for key COG programs, media planning and media partnership, liaison with vendors and media owners, supporting  PR and events when necessary.   

Core Duties And Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing/lead generation campaigns to drive Company of Good (COG) brand awareness. This includes creative/media planning, media liaison, media planning, partnerships and performance measurement throughout campaign period.
  • Plan and execute Champions of Good marketing campaign that includes application of Champions of Good, publicity and post conferment marketing campaign to recognize companies who are exemplary in doing good.
  • To support COG digital marketing and B2B/B2C audiences, primarily content curation on organizations’ doing good journey and their societal impact on NVPC’s Facebook and Instagram social handles.  Objective is to make B2B stories relatable and inspiring to the general public.
  • Support Company of Good events where necessary with coordination from program leads and vendors.

Requirements

  • Degree or similar accreditation, preferably in Business, Marketing or other relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing, digital marketing that includes programmatic and social media marketing that includes content curation and ad buys
  • Brand marketing experience in creating and application of brand guide, production of marketing collaterals
  • At least 2 years of digital marketing experience in curating content and performance measurement on social media
  • Experience in stakeholder or community engagement
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage third party suppliers
  • General marketing skills that involves partnership, brand marketing and coordination, production of marketing collaterals
  • Open to learning, as well as giving and receiving feedback
  • Comfortable with complexity and working with a high degree of uncertainty
  • Ability to mutli-task and deal with changes
  • Passion for the Non-Profit sector
