Companies engage in Company of Good to understand their giving profile, build their knowledge, capability and network, and partner with other like-minded businesses to do good.

With the upcoming new developments in the Company of Good, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven individual who has the right purpose and aptitude to create impact to serve community and societal needs at a national level. This person should share the belief that corporates can be a powerful source of support to build greater social resilience for Singapore.

This role will focus on supporting programmes and projects to help companies do good better. The candidate should enjoy liaising and coordinating with different stakeholders in an ecosystem. He/She should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. We are looking for a professional who is strong in planning and administration, as well as project and resource management. He/She should ideally be highly organised, detailed oriented and has great initiative in driving excellence in his/her work.


  • Support the project management to develop an accessible framework and potentially a trustmark that companies can use to guide themselves and benchmark to keep track of their efforts to do good and measure the impact on the business.
  • Provide administrative assistance for stakeholder engagement as part of the effort to develop the understanding and aspirations for ‘Corporates Doing Good’ in Singapore.
  • Support the administration of the Champions of Good programme, including preparing the relevant documents, coordinating all relevant meetings and taking minutes and notes of meeting as necessary.
  • Lead team administration, including scheduling meetings, basic presentations, note-taking and the preparation of approval memos as necessary.
  • Lead the management and organisation of logistical assets and processes for the team.
  • Lead and/or support events from time to time.
  • Coordinate and track progress and produce reports for reviews.


  • Diploma in business/ administration/ management/accounting/ marketing, information/ technology
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong planning and administration skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft software, especially excel for keeping records, tracking and analysis
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal / relationship building skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and develop strong strategic partnerships.
  • Strong events management skills
  • Positive attitude towards learning with an innovative mindset
  • Hands-on and detailed
  • Gregarious and team-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with personal initiative and the desire to meet personal and team objectives.

This is a 2-years contract position, with an option to extend for the 3rd year depending on performance of the selected candidate.
