What they do: This 17-year-old charity serves the displaced and disadvantaged. It has four shelters across Singapore, able to house up to 600 homeless or at-risk individuals. New Hope also mentors over 400 low-income households.

His adopted charity: Focus on the Family Singapore Limited

What they do: Through impact programmes and services, Focus on the Family Singapore reaches around 40,000 individuals annually. It supports and provides resources for families to thrive in marriage and parent-child relationships through the life stages. Recently, the charity equipped 2,700 parents and 80 schools with suicide prevention and mental health programmes. Their FamChamps movement also launched a programme to inspire youth to reconnect with their families and engage in conversations around mental health.

What they do: TWC2 does research, social work and advocates for the fair treatment of migrant workers. Its charitable activities include free meals distribution, phone credit top-ups, providing for the medical needs of jobless workers and basic needs of isolated workers.

Her adopted charity: Action for Singapore Dogs (ASD)

What they do: Established in December 2000, ASD rescues, fosters, and rehomes stray and abandoned dogs in Singapore, with a strict no-kill policy. It advocates for the sterilization of stray dogs and responsible pet ownership. To date, it has rehomed over 3,000 dogs and currently has about 150 dogs under its care.
